Factores predictivos de la violencia de género en estudiantes universitarios: una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica

La violencia de género en los contextos universitarios es un problema complejo y multifactorial en su comprensión y abordaje, pero se necesitan dirimir con mayor amplitud sus factores que convergen en su desarrollo, por lo cual, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los factores que predicen la violencia de género a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura durante el 2020 y 2025. Fue una investigación teórica, se incluyeron 15 artículos seleccionados mediante la consulta bibliográficas en tres bases de datos: Scopus, Pubmed y Ebsco. Entre los criterios de elegibilidad se consideraron la periodicidad, el idioma, acceso libre y documentos completos. Los resultados indican que las variables asociadas a la violencia de género son la autoestima, estilos de crianza, resolución de conflictos y comunicación dentro de las relaciones de pareja. Entre las variables que predicen la violencia de género se encuentran las experiencias adversas en la infancia, la dependencia económica, nivel de desarrollo profesional, calidad de las instituciones educativas y países de origen. Se destacan las implicancias prácticas de los resultados para la articulación de políticas orientadas a promover convivencias simétricas entres universitarios garantizando los derechos fundamentales para las mujeres.
