About the Journal

Cátedra Villarreal Posgrado is the scientific journal of the Graduate School of the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal (UNFV). Its objective is to disseminate and make visible the scientific output of researchers from the academic community in general. RCVP is multidisciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed, and published semiannually.

This publication, founded in 2022, is disseminated in electronic format (ISSN: 2955-8174) and print format (ISSN: 2955-8476) in Spanish. It is an open access and peer-reviewed journal.

RCVP is published semiannually (January–June and July–December), during the last week of June and December.

Starting from Volume 4, Issue 1, RCVP will accept and publish contributions in both Spanish and English, in order to improve its visibility and international reach.

Ethics Statement

RCVP follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and assumes responsibility for applying a rigorous peer-review process, together with strict ethical policies and standards, to ensure the dissemination of high-quality scientific works.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

RCVP does not charge any fees for the submission, processing, evaluation, or publication (article processing charge – APC) of manuscripts submitted by authors.

The opinions and judgments expressed in the articles and communications published in Cátedra Villarreal Posgrado are the sole responsibility of the author(s) and not of the Editorial Board.

Authors are advised to take into account the following aspects for the follow-up of their articles:
