Abstract

The investigation aims to analyze the legal-criminal issues and effects of the police example, all of which were involved from the perspective of controlling conventionality and human rights, from which the proposal was formulated to strengthen the operational capacity of an entity public. The first-rate work carried out by the National Police in contexts of social conflicts during the 2010-2020 decade, there was no criticism regarding the use of force to re-establish public order. In this sense, it is recommended that the police entity strengthen its operational capabilities so that it fully respects fundamental rights recognized at national and international level.
