Abstract

It’s oriented to propose the recommendations for the design of a regulatory framework against child labor, which represents an affectation to the Law, to the dignity of the child and adolescent and that also constitutes a significant affectation to the economic growth of Peru. The norms of the International Labor Organization in relation to child labor were reviewed, linking with the norms proposed by the legislation of Peru. Some gaps were identified that need to be discussed, therefore it is necessary for citizens not only to be aware of this regulation but also to become aware in order to avoid this scourge.
