Neotropical Helminthology Early view
Vol. 2 No. 18 (2024)The peer-reviewed and indexed Neotropical Helminthology Journal with ISSN Printed version 2218-6425 and ISSN Electronic version 1995-1043 is a semi-annual printed and electronic publication; submitted to external peer-review and edited by the Professional School of Biology of the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal National (EPB - CCNM - UNFV) and the Peruvian Association of Helminthology and related invertebrates (APHIA). The journalpublishes bimonthly continuously in PDF format in two periods January - June and July - December. Neotropical Helminthology (Neotrop Helminthol) Aims to publish scientific production on all aspects of helminth research primarily from the Neotropical fauna of man and animals, but not exclusive to these geographic region, including plant nematodes, annelids, pentastomids, nematomorphs, hirudines, temnocephalians, mesozoans, and even acoelomates and pseudocoelomates. Likewise, it presents contributions on protozoa and arthropods of medical and veterinary importance. It contains the following sections: Editorial, Letters to the editor, Original article, Review article, Commentary, Research note and Obituary. Contributions from research can be submitted in Spanish, Portuguese and English, it is exhaustively reviewed by peers (double blind), mainly basic and applied research on biological topics with special interest in presenting results on Neotropical topics.
