Introducción
La contaminación ambiental es un problema porque
el contenido de la concentración de los metales pesados
en suelos, plantas y aguas va en aumento, ya sea por la
actividad agrícola, bajo la forma de fertilizantes o por la
actividad industrial y minera. De acuerdo al monitoreo
de la Autoridad Nacional del Agua, los valores obtenidos
entre los años 2015 (ANA, 2015) al 2018 (ANA, 2018) en
el punto RMant12, los valores del manganeso están
incrementados. Aguas arriba, en el punto RMBT (Río
Mantaro Boca Toma) donde se hizo un monitoreo de dos
años, se observa el incremento del manganeso. El valor
hallado del manganeso es de 0,27092 mg/L cantidad que
se encuentra sobre el valor establecido en el Estándar de
Calidad Ambiental (ECA) de acuerdo al Decreto Supremo
N° 004-2017 -MINAM, (p. 17) que para este elemento es no
mayor de 0,20 mg/L. En base a esto el objetivo es mitigar
el nivel del contenido de manganeso en las aguas del canal
de regadío para la margen izquierda del valle del Mantaro
a la altura del punto RMBT. La remoción del manganeso
de las aguas contaminadas se hará con las zeolitas tipo
clinoptilolita aprovechando su propiedad de adsorción
las siguientes fases: “intercambio iónico, oxidación del
normas del ECA categoría 3 para las aguas utilizadas en
el riego de cultivos agrícolas y consumo de los animales
domésticos, los cuales deben tener una buena calidad.
Esto implica que tanto sus componentes químicos como
biológicos no comprometa el bienestar de los seres vivos
señalan:
El metal pesado es un elemento químico metálico
de alta densidad y es tóxico o venenoso en bajas
concentraciones, se encuentran como minerales, sales u
otros compuestos, no se degradan (natural o biológica)
en los organismos vivos. Al ser metabolizado por las

Mantaro
La cuenca del río Mantaro de acuerdo al ANA
(2018), se encuentra ubicada en la zona central del
Ayacucho, constituido por 21 provincias y 186 distritos;
el lago Chinchaycocha, y termina desembocando en
el río Ene. En la cuenca hay 2´086,995 habitantes, la
agricultura es el sector más importante y la ganadería
lechera es complementaria a la agricultura. La crianza
de ovinos representa un 60% de la población pecuaria,
seguido del bovinos, porcinos y camélidos. La minería
es intensa en la cuenca alta del Mantaro, se extrae oro,
plata, cobre y zinc.
